            The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page two, line one after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma and the words “with the following amendment:

            On page six, section seven, subsection seven after the words “Code of West Virginia” by striking out the comma and the remainder of sentence and inserting in lieu thereof a period;

            And

            On page six, section seven, subsection seven-a by striking out the entire first sentence.”
